He has been Head of R & D and Technology for a large FMCG company in India. He has more than 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industry dealing with various aspects like research and development, technology management and strategic planning.

She has more than 30 years of rich experience across various functions in pharmaceutical industry. She has headed marketing function of a large pharmaceutical organization in India. Currently also Director of a Consultancy & Marketing Services firm in India..

Post graduate in Pharmacy from IT – BHU. She has 30 yrs. of rich experience in R&D departments of FMCG majors and pharmaceutical companies. She has diverse experience in other areas like Hair care, Skin care Research, Nutraceuticals, Herbal/Ayurvedic Product development and Technical services.
